"Wisdom is the reward you get for a lifetime of listening when you'd have preferred to talk."  Doug Larson

To kick off a new week, last night for reflection we did the traditional "New and Good" sharing.  We were also challenged to each day think of a new and good as a way to focus our thoughts.

Today we were challenged with rain on and off during the day.  Some parts of the county had heavy downpours while the others stayed for the most part dry.  Work began on a new roof in Mullens, a porch in Glen Fork and a house painting project in Jesse and we also continued work on the two flood sites in Hanover. The second day of soccer camp moved outside, however we were rained on for more than hour.  At least soccer in the rain in kind of fun!

Looking forward to dinner tonight; Meatloaf, 3 Bean Salad, potatoes and soda bread.  Yummy, yummy!
