Well, last nights dinner of Mac and Cheese, topped of with scrumptious dessert was quite tasty. After we headed outside for a beautiful reflection on our senses. We had been asked to pay special attention yesterday to what we saw, heard, smelled, tasted and touched. It really made us all aware of everything going on around us.

Being a Friday night, we gathered in the gym for the traditional weekly group picture. (Thanks Bruce for helping me out with all the pictures!). Another tradition with the younger pvs also occurred with many pulling an all-nighter.

This morning saw the departure of 7 PVs heading to Florida and New Jersey...always a sad time to say goodbye.

This being a free day for volunteers, there isn't much to tell. I could tell you that many took advantage of catching up on some much needed sleep, others heading in to Beckley for a Gabes run and to watch a movie.

We are awaiting the arrival of 10 PVs this evening, so our community will be pretty much the same size this week as last. I will try and post a few pictures later tonight that highlight the past weeks activities.

Thanks all who are following and commenting on the blog. We are glad to have everyone along for the journey!!!!

Peace
