Last night's dinner was delish, very tasty!! After, we gathered for jobsites and a wonderful reflection on service as solace. It was great to about the many things the PVs are involved with back home.
Being that it was Friday, there were no home repair projects going on. As usual we started our Friday with our weekly cleaning of the school. I have to say I always love Friday afternoons when everything is sparkly clean! After "chores" were done, volunteers spent time tutoring, organizing at St. Vincent DePaul, Mullens Manor, delivering recycling to Beckley and most importantly visiting with friends. Unfortunately we had to cancel our work with UGWA plantings due to the heavy rains last night.
On the menu for tonight (well actually right now) is Mac and Cheese. Yum Yum...
