Everyone arrived safely yesterday and so another week begins. For PV Community Day the group went to the RD Bailey Lake picnic area for a little R&R and a little community bonding. This week we have quite a few younger PVs so they enjoyed the large playground, while the adults enjoyed a game or two of horseshoes and lots of conversation.
After we returned to the school we had our usual Sunday cookout, hamburgers, veggie burgers and all the fixings. Very tasty! After dinner we met with all the incoming PVs to go over all the policies and give some reminders about the week that lies ahead. Once everyone was on the same page it was time to start the week officially with the PV Commissioning Service. Once all the newly arrived volunteers were commissioned it was time to sign up for job sites for Monday.
We are looking forward to another great week!
