Another great day sy Peace Camp. We picked up a few new kids, so our totals are now into the 40's. Starting the week we only had 15 registered, so we are estatic with these numbers. We are continually impressed by the kids. They are attentive, interested and engaged. We really couldn't ask for a better group of kids.
We have also been blessed with a great group of PVs. We have a core group that have been there day in and day out, but we are also being reinforced by PVs coming in for a day here and a day there. The strength of the PV Community continues to amaze and inspire us!
Today after camp we decided to take a trip to a Brooklyn landmark, Coney Island. We walked on the boardwalk, wandered through Luna Park and some brave PVs even rode on the famed Steeplechase ride. Really, a great day.
A reminder, after the week we will be posting more pictures from the week. Right now we have been limited to just using cell phone pictures.
